WE BEGAN LIKE MOST STARTUPS DO…

Our founder ran into some issues in trying to solve a problem. This specific problem was trying to get in shape, but doing so with minimal effort. While researching ways to get fit with the least amount of effort required, this led him to The 4 Hour Body by Tim Ferriss.

After realizing this great book could be much easier leveraged by readers (or anyone wanting to get in shape), he set out to create a way to do this for himself. Upon realizing that this actionable plan he had created for himself could be duplicated for others to follow, a new process was created, cleaned up, optimized, researched, etc. etc. and the first automated health plan, Get Lean, was created.

With how the the first program, Get Lean, was having on individuals, it became apparent this needed to be expanded out to other specific programs. We are currently in development of several new programs we plan to release later this year:
