CHEST PULL OR PECK FLY
This exercise mainly strengthens the chest and shoulders, as well as help strengthen the triceps and the stabilizing muscles in the shoulders. They are great to promote good posture.
This exercise is part of the GLUT-4 exercises you will be doing periodically throughout the day.
The point of this is not to exercise, right? Wrong! It is to do the least amount of exercise to get the most gain possible.
